We’re looking for a CRM Business Intelligence Coordinator to join our team in Rome, playing a key role in supporting our Sales Force through high-quality data, insightful reporting, and effective CRM management. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of our commercial operations, ensuring our CRM platform delivers accurate, reliable insights that drive performance and inform decision-making.

Principle Accountabilities

 

  • Manage, maintain and enhance Salesforce CRM and BI systems, collaborating with offshore technical teams
  • Ensure data integrity through effective data mining, maintaining accuracy and consistency across systems
  • Lead UAT testing, support release cycles and drive continuous system improvements
  • Configure Salesforce, including data mapping, workflow design and sales process optimisation
  • Produce and maintain user documentation, training materials and provide ongoing user support
  • Develop and deliver reports, dashboards and KPI analysis, including ad hoc performance insights for Trade & Sales initiatives

 

Skills and Experience Required

 

  • Demonstrated experience in Business Intelligence and CRM administration, with a strong understanding of data-driven performance management
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access, including the development of VBA and macros to automate processes
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM to support sales force management and reporting
  • Solid understanding of CRM and BI system architecture, with the ability to optimise data structures and workflows
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for numbers, performance tracking, and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work proactively and effectively within cross-functional teams in a multinational environment
