The role

In this position, you will join a modern production environment where innovation and continuous improvement are key. As a Cost Controller, you will have the freedom to help shape your role and optimize processes. You will work closely with the Factory Controller and play a key role in the financial monitoring and cost analysis of our products.

Key accountabilities

  • Calculating and monitoring transfer costs for all Rizla products and providing accurate cost prices for internal reporting.
  •  Updating transfer prices and performing intercompany reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitoring inventory valuation and ensuring proper alignment with BE GAAP.
  • Preparing and analyzing monthly reports on production, inventory, waste, and cost variances.
  • Supporting the Assistant Controller with month-end closing and reporting.
  • Contributing to budget preparation and NTM meetings, together with the management team, to support well-founded financial decision-making.

Skills & experience

  • Strong interest in finance, cost accounting, and production processes.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and a basic understanding of ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles.
  • Analytical, critical mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues.
  • A genuine interest in Lean, IT, or automation is a plus.
