In this pivotal role, you’ll bring numbers to life- leading demand and market forecasting across our cluster and turning data into clear, commercial insight. Your work will directly influence strategic decisions, strengthen planning accuracy, and support efficient end‑to‑end operations.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Prepare monthly demand and sales forecasts that feed into IBP (integrated business planning), financial planning, and supply chain processes.
  • Analyse market size, category trends, NDP and illicit trade, and manufacturer share dynamics to anticipate shifts and inform planning.
  • Build, update, and maintain forecasting models, including:
    • APO demand forecasts
    • Shipment forecasts
    • Total market and market share projections (offtake & shipment)
  • Consolidate inputs from commercial, finance, supply chain, and external partners to produce accurate, timely forecasts.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement of forecasting tools, data quality, and modelling logic.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong technical capability in Excel and Power BI.
  • A good level of experience in forecasting or analytics.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts simply and effectively.
  • Logical, analytical mindset with solid commercial understanding.
  • Strong collaboration, prioritisation, and time‑management skills.
  • Proficient in English; (Swedish proficiency is a significant advantage).
