The Role

We are looking for a Brand Specialist (NGP) to drive brand initiatives and growth of our blu portfolio in Slovakia.
You will lead projects end-to-end, from strategy and campaign localization to activation and evaluation. This role requires a unique mix of analytical skills and creativity, interpreting data to make decisions while adapting campaigns for the Slovak market.

Principle Accountabilities
Support brand strategy and manage the product portfolio, including packaging, de-lists, and new product introductions.
Develop and execute brand plans and sales cycle campaigns, localizing global toolkits and ensuring alignment with market priorities.
Brief and collaborate with internal teams (Brand, Digital, Trade, Sales) and external agencies to deliver impactful activations.
Build business cases, plan and manage budgets, and track investment needs for brand initiatives.
Monitor performance against KPIs, analyze ROI, and prepare recommendations to optimize future activities.
Ensure consistent brand communication across all touchpoints, driving blu’s growth in the Slovak market.
Skills and Experience Required
Relevant experience in FMCG or marketing agency, focus on brand marketing.
Familiarity with digital marketing channels (social media, online campaigns, CRM, analytics tools).
Native Slovak speaker with fluent English (comfortable presenting, leading meetings, and working with global toolkits).
Strategic mindset with ability to turn insights into actionable brand initiatives.
Strong project management skills, including budget and business case handling.
Collaborative team player able to work across functions and with external partners.
