🚀 In this role, you’ll be at the heart of product innovation—developing and refining both traditional and modern OND products that delight consumers, meet regulatory standards, and outperform the competition. You’ll be the go-to expert for product and blend specifications, collaborating across global and local teams to bring ideas to life.

🌍 Your team? A diverse, international group of PRCons Specialists based in our Skruf Snus factory in Sävsjö, Sweden, and our Polish manufacturing site in Radom.

Principle Accountabilities

• Submission, maintenance and control of product and blend specifications (BOM’s) in PLM.
• Monitoring product performance and undertaking agreed maintenance actions to ensure product compliance.
• Implementation and cost management activities, minimizing complexity, ensuring brand consistency.
• Participation in benchmarking evaluation, market analysis and competitor survey within region.
• Coordination of product relevant projects and its documentation 
• Supervision of an international PRCons OND team, providing informal mentoring/training to junior members of the team.

Skills and Experience Required

• Solid experience and knowledge of product design principles, final product characteristics, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong project management skills.
• Sharp analytical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization, with a collaborative, cross-functional mindset.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Available for travel 30- 40% of the time.
