Description - The Role

The Travel Retail_ Trade Activation Executive is responsible of driving the activation strategy and operational planning elements required to deliver commercial results for Travel Retail in accordance with the cycle plan. Need to take responsibility for a range of trade marketing activities and will oversee the creation of material and use of tools required to deliver activation elements against the set objectives and is expected to develop and share activation best practices and use shopper, channel insights to drive the successful implementation of these initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Approval and optimization of creative designs, management of Final Arts, colour tests, etc.
  • Identification of innovative ideas to improve the visibility of the product, and promotions at points of sale, proposal of ideas, and development of models for the selection of optimal materials.
  • Budget monitoring of assigned items, analysis of deviations, periodic reviews and optimization of spending.
  • Collaboration with suppliers to search for innovative solutions, request for offers, placing orders, billing incidents, monitoring of delivery times and billing indecency.
  • Propose the objectives and strategies to apply to our clients in accordance with the objectives and plans of the Division.
  • Continuous contact with the Market to identify opportunities for improvement in promotional materials, activities of the competition, improvement of the visibility of our products and promotions.
  • Plan Product Activation Campaigns according to the Cycle of Activities: temporary retro-timing of tasks, definition of deadlines, identification of risks for meeting deadlines and monitoring them.
  • Strengthen relationship with Sales Team and Key Stakeholders joining forces to achieve the budgeted results.
  • Close involvement with the TR team in the WE cluster sharing and applying best practices to create synergies among WE clusters.

Experience & Education

  • At least 3 years of experience as Trade Marketing Planning
  • FMCG experience essential
  • Experience in working with foreign countries & cultures especially UK, France, Portugal and Germany
  • Degree in Business Administration and Management and Economics or Marketing
  • Advanced English level

What we offer

  • Flexible check-in and check-out times. Arrival from 8am to 10am, departure from 5pm to 7pm. Friday : Arrival from 8:00 to 10:00, departure from 13:00 to 15:00.
  • Possibility of teleworking
  • 26 days of holiday and  24th and 31st of December are not working days.
  • Possibility of enjoying long weekends as long as the hours are made up and in accordance with the regulations of the collective agreement.
  • Restaurant card: Monday to Thursday.
