For our Global Distribution team, we are looking for a new Supply Chain Planner (Replenishment Cluster DACH) (m/f/d).


What are your major duties?

  • Ensure market supply in our markets Germany, Austria and Switzerland, by identifying & mitigating potential supply risks for our combustible and next generation products
  • Create, review & adjust tactical replenishment plan
  • Work in close collaboration with other functions (e.g. Marketing, Manufacturing, Insights & Intelligence)
  • Review, align & firm the tactical/operational plan during phase-in / phase-out planning (incl. reasonable forecast switch) in cooperation with Demand Planning functions
  • Participate in cross-functional supply chain projects
  • Monitor & manage demand forecast, addresses bias & accuracy with Insights & intelligence functions
  • Responsible to perform supply-demand balance checks of the cluster network & trigger required changes to production & demand planning functions
  • Responsible for correct signals in the planning system (SAP APO) to enable delivery preparation & distribution process (ensure proper calculating the short-term distribution plan, order consolidation, generating replenishment orders)
  • Provide input for the definition of the supply chain configuration & maintain planning parameters in SAP APO
  • Consulted in the adjustments of the tactical production plan & informed about changes therein
  • Monitor network stock in alignment with factory planning, procurement planning & project functions, in order to reduce write-offs of NTMs & finished goods during phase-in / phase-out
  • Key contact for order management processes & responsible for the coordination of all aspects to ensure order execution is meeting customer expectations & ensures continuous market supply (within area of responsibility)
  • Ensure all necessary documentation for order execution is available & compliant with all internal & external policies, laws & other regulations (especially in regard to Customs, Taxes & International Trade)
  • Responsible to contribute for performance follow-up & leads improvement actions for Cluster
  • Ensure all relevant systems & master data are up-to-date, incl. timely preparation of new products & flows

Who are you?

  • You hold a university degree (in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent) or apprenticeship with 3+ years of work experience
  • Work experience in different Supply Chain areas
  • Advanced skill level in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  • Very good SAP APO & SAP ECC (ITP) skills
  • Very good understanding of business processes, SC principles & practices
  • Very good supply planning knowledge
  • Expertise in customs, financial flows under an invoice, etc.
  • Business acumen in order to understand impact of actions & decisions
  • Strong communication skills, fluent in German & English
  • General understanding of the DDMRP methodology (desirable)
