We’re now looking for a Senior Test Technician to join our Device Development team within the Innovation function. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in testing and validating next-generation

Principle Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with Development Engineers on new technology projects and product development.
  • Create and manage validation plans to ensure thorough, timely, and high-standard testing.
  • Develop timing plans, identify risks, and provide regular progress updates.
  • Analyse and present test results in a clear, easy-to-understand format; contribute to root cause investigations.
  • Assemble and disassemble prototypes, perform testing on designs and in-market products, and produce jigs/fixtures to support R&D activities.
  • Maintain compliance with Health & Safety standards, training requirements, and project protocols.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Hold an undergraduate degree (e.g., BEng) or equivalent in an engineering-related discipline.
  • Demonstrate strong cross-functional collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Highly proficient in computer use, with the ability to interpret and analyse numerical data.
  • Possess excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, alongside strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Experienced in creating technical documents and reports, compiling and presenting technical data.
  • Familiar with workshop environments and test equipment, with a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
