For our Brand Marketing team, we are looking for a Senior Manager Digital, E-Commerce & CX (m/f/d).

The role

The role holder will work within the Brand Marketing function, Cluster DACH reporting directly to the Cluster Brand Marketing Director. As Senior Manager (m/f/d) Digital, E-Commerce & CX (consumer experience) you are responsible for the German Digital strategy and its execution of all Combustible and NGP brands. The role also comprises management of our consumer care centre, as integral part of our consumer centric CRM effort.

What are your major duties?

You will be responsible for the adaptation of the Global deliverables to the Cluster needs, managing the following areas.

Consumer Relationship Management and ecommerce

  • Ensure a clear link to brand strategy (price / brand/ experience/ product) in assets and communication by developing on-going campaign management
  • Drive sales for D2C online shops maximizing consumer lifetime value
  • Continuous optimising of shop portals from a consumer standpoint (UX) through proven techniques such AB testing

Traffic Strategic / Lead Generation

  • Create market specific traffic strategy, compliant with local legislation.
  • Vendor management of media and affiliation partners.
  • SEO (search engine optimisation) and SEM (search engine marketing) experience
  • Deliver continuous content for key brands to engage with consumers
  • Manage online touchpoints to contribute to lead generation ensuring rapid growth of consumer data

Consumer Care Centre

  • Working all business to consumer requests related to product (quality) and brand activities
  • Develop and implement measures for sustainable consumer relationship
  • Drive effective inbound / outbound volume as part of CRM

 KPI / Budget

  • Continuous tracking of site performance via relevant tracking tools i.e. Google Analytics, Power BI 
  • Managing Budget and tracking impact for all digital activities

Leadership

Lead a team of digital and functional specialists to:

  • Accelerate digital output especially for combustible brands
  • Build up digital knowledge within Imperial Germany / DACH
  • Transition ways of working to include digital as key element

Who are you?

  • You hold a university degree in Economics, Business Administration or comparable education
  • 10 years professional experience in Digital Marketing, ideally in an FMCG environment, tobacco experience welcome
  • Significant experience in CRM, SEO, content marketing, consumer journey thinking, consumer experience design and omni-channel media / marketing
  • Data, analytics and tech savviness advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization
  • Excellent analytical skills and a strong commercial mindset
  • Strategic way of thinking, curiosity and strong leadership skills
  • Confident manner and proven experience in stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • German and English fluent in spoken and written as well as excellent digital literacy are required
