The role

In this role you will be responsible for providing comprehensive regulatory reports on product data to a high degree of accuracy meeting the necessary requirements and timelines of the relevant competent authorities (Health Authorities) globally. 

The Global Regulatory Submissions team are responsible for ensuring our Product regulatory reporting obligations are met whilst at the same time protecting our trade secrets.

Key accountabilities

  • Preparation of comprehensive regulatory reports on ingredients & technical product data for submission to Competent Authorities to a high degree of accuracy using IB central product data systems.
  • Liaise with end sales market contacts to ensure that the relevant product categories and brands are included in the regulatory reports
  • Liaise with the regulatory compliance team to ensure timely acquisition of supplier information on ingredients
  • Review the adequacy & accuracy of the ingredient declaration against local regulations and company standards
  • Participate in and lead process/system improvement, business development and innovation projects, including LEAN (Six Sigma) working group activities
  • Liaise with product development and manufacturing and supply chain contacts to ensure product information has been pre-notified to the EU common Entry gate ahead of manufacturing.
  • Support the team in problem solving and system test by interrogation of the product data system.

Skills & experience

  • Excellent analytical skills with proven experience of working within an analytical or reporting role
  • The ability to communicate effectively with a range of key users, taking into consideration cultural and geographical differences
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Able to work under time pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Experience working with a variety of different databases and systems
  • Team player.
  • Good organizational ability and attention to detail
  • Lean white belt or equivalent
