The role

The PMO will work directly alongside the GBS & Finance Transformation Programme Director on a day-to-day basis, to support the operation of the GBS & Finance Transformation Office. The support will be focused on project management tasks which will include supporting the governance and cadence, tracking and reporting and document management.  

Key accountabilities

  • Report generation following a predefined script as well as preparation of custom reports for project needs
  • Workplan management support; keeping track of plans, budget, quality standards, deliverables, and dependencies
  • Project metrics reporting and project finance management
  • Facilitation of internal and external meetings – maintaining the governance and cadence calendar
  • Maintain meeting minutes and follow-up actions
  • Any other adhoc project management activities
  • Managing the structure of the shared folders and storage of documents

Skills & Experience


  • 2- 4 years of experience in project management support within professional services
  • Strong, professional communication skills, able to approach senior managers using appropriate level of detail, terminology, and style
  • Strong planning and organizing, ability to see the big picture
  • Focus on details, errorless delivery, logical reasoning
  • Proactive with can-do-attitude
  • Fast learner with ability to adapt to change quickly


  • Master or Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Knowledge of MS SharePoint is an advantage
