The role

The role holder works closely with the P&C Director - Global Functions and the Global Functions BP leadership team, and is responsible for developing and executing strategic and special projects for the P&C, Global functions area, representing the Global Functions BP team in planning and coordinating interfaces with RCM Regional and Cluster P&C teams and P&C COEs and designing standard approaches, tools and materials for the BP team to use across Global Functions.

The role holder has a broad understanding of the Global Functions BP remit, P&C performance annual processes and key strategic P&C  initiatives from our COEs and will represent the GF P&C BPs in working groups with Regional BP counterparts and Global COEs to input into design of processes,  templates and consistent format/message for all annual processes and P&C strategic initiatives for use by the Global Functions.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • ensure all Communications to Global Functions stakeholders (People leaders and Employees) are aligned and consistent (format and content)
  • lead and implement projects for P&C Global functions

Key accountabilities

This role supports the P&C Director, Global Functions and P&C BP Leadership Team by:

  • Having a good level of understanding of the P&C annual processes and on going initiatives
  • Attending Global COEs webinars to be able to ensure development of a consistent format for cascading initiatives, information, updates to the Global Functions’ stakeholders
  • Preparing drafts to cascade P&C Processes (Actions, timelines, deadlines)
  • Preparing templates/aligned format for the P&C annual plan

Lead and implement projects (Transformation, Change, OD, Continuous improvement, Capabilities)

  • Develop and structure the teams project plan
  • Lead the execution of the project to plan, resources, and budget
  • Facilitate project meetings
  • Monitor project activities and escalate when needed
  • Budget tracking and management
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans
  • Keep knowledge organized and allow accessibility by the team

Provide on-demand support to P&C Director Global functions across all functions (i.e.: Develop high-quality slides and reports)

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Has worked in the P&C team of an multinational business
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully plan and manage multiple projects
  • Solution oriented
  • Sound relationship-building skills - ability to work collaboratively effectively in a diverse team environment and with different levels of seniority
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively with excellent PowerPoint presentations and Excel skills
  • Demonstrate fast, flexible, responsive, and versatile abilities
