Job Profile Summary Description
As a member of the People & Culture Global Functions team, the role holder is responsible of driving and executing Special projects for the P&C, Global functions area.
The role holder has a deep understanding of the Global Functions remit, P&C performance annual processes and will partner with the P&C BPs and Global COEs to build templates and consistent format/message for all annual processes and P&C annual plans across the Global Functions.
Working closely with the P&C Director - Global Functions, the role will be responsible for driving P&C Projects as part of the P&C Function Transformation programme but also BAU projects.
Key responsibilities of the role:
This role supports the P&C Director, Global Functions and P&C BP Team by:
Lead and implement projects (Transformation, Change, OD, Continuous improvement, Capabilities)
Provide on-demand support to P&C Director Global functions (i.e.: Develop high-quality slides and reports)
