The role

We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager-NGP based in London. You would have knowledge of the London area and HoReCa sector, with experience of working with Senior Management.

The role of the Marketing Manager -NGP will report directly into the Head of Consumer Marketing. You will be responsible for developing the new-to-market Zonex brand in London.

We are looking for a dynamic agent who has the skills, vision and integrity to establish and develop the Zonex brand in London.

The successful candidate will lead a fresh, new team to develop and plan for brand building activities, including brand equity and portfolio in line with the business strategies and guidelines.

Key accountabilities

  • Responsible for the OND strategy within the Cluster. Develop key brand equity attributes and translate these into localised campaigns.
  • Identify, align, validate and prioritise opportunities across OND within the Brand/ Cluster Markets and coordinate plans with all other key Cluster functions to deliver against defined objectives and targets and develop brand initiative and investment plans.
  • Play a key role in key commercial elements such as supply and pricing to support the consumer needs and commercial agenda
  • Develop Annual Brand & Portfolio Plans to maximise share, volume and margin performance
  • Set brand KPIs (equity, awareness and trial) and work closely with Cluster Activation Manager to define the relevant activation toolkit required to deliver against them
  • Evaluate Brand Performance and Brand Initiatives, liaising with other key functions and markets to identifying actions and recommendations to be address
  • Lead and develop team, so that they are motivated and encourage personal and career development. Actively seek ways to continuously improve people development.
  • Liaising with and monitoring performance of external media and advertising partners.
  • Project managing all key projects ensuring delivered in time and to budget.

Skills & experience


  • A proven Marketing background within FMCG
  • Planning and Project management skills
  • Exceptional knowledge of the consumer landscape in London and HoReCa industry
  • Proven successful experience of leading and developing their own team including remote management
  • Understands the drivers within categories, demand shifts, consumer needs and pricing dynamics to identify new strategic opportunities
  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills. Important to demonstrate an ability to build relationships with both internal & external stakeholders
  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge, presence and influence in senior management meetings
