The Role

Developmental role reporting to the Market Manager for Canada, Caribbean and Latin America. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting on all products launches and operational development across the region. This includes development & delivery of annual Business / Operational plans and supporting outlook of 3yrs cross-category region strategy, footprint expansion and building a mid to long term sustainable business in the region.

Key accountabilities

Supporting Functions

  • Support commercial operations, continuously exploring market opportunities and translate opportunities into category, brand, activation, and customer engagement plans.
  • Enable all the portfolio developments across markets by liaising with central functions by owning PLM processes and operations
  • Support brand strategy & brand knowledge for all categories (FCT, FMC, MMC, Papers and NGP) to drive the strategy and operational planning for the portfolio strategy.
  • Responsible for marketing activities and initiatives within the sales cycle across Canada and Latam footprint, being responsible for tracking and managing performance across categories
  • Monitoring the A&P spending across the cluster enduring expenditure is aligned to the overall cluster strategy
  • Collaborate closely with all other functions and business units, and work alongside Third-Party Partners to deliver agreed plans through excellent execution.


Planning and Execution

  • Leader of the monthly forecast management and execution, for 16 markets including full coordination with main internal stakeholders and direct contact with clients (APO system, formal orders, BPIS management...).
  • Responsible for initiating all the marketing & sales related new initiatives (MMC, FCT, FMC, Papers) via PLM (launch of new products, HW rotations, change of packs).
  • Liaising with all stakeholders involved manufacturing and all the tracking and intermediate processes to ensure all initiatives are rightly on time.
  • Internal data base management for every product and market.

Stakeholder Management and Collaboration

  • Develop and maintain successful business relationships with existing and new Canada and Latam Distributors cross-category to support Operations
  • Support effective use of resources and prioritization by coordinating efforts between 3rd Parties, PD, PCC, Manufacturing and Product Supply departments

Skills & Experience


  • Action-biased and output-oriented approach towards ambitious targets
  • Fluent English language skills both verbal and written
  • Comfortable in using Microsoft Office Excel
  • Reliable, independent and proactive way of working
  • Self-confident team player with good communication skills who enjoys working in an international environment
  • Demonstrates high levels of adaptability, flexibility with regard to new challenges and the use of new networks and entrepreneurial skills


  • FMCG experience
  • High level of strategic, conceptual, analytical and creative skills
