El rol

GDF (Global Duty Free) Insight & Intelligence Analyst should be the main contact point for all CRM related work from implementation, test, support, improvements, reporting and analysis based on and 360 tools to all GDF Community. Should also support the I&I functions on reporting and analysis based on all data sources available helping to connect the dots between them supporting decision-taking by the company.

Responsabilidades clave

• Evaluate activation performance within GDF, providing recommendations for improvement based on CRM results

• Identify emerging and future trends to provide recommendations on future activation opportunities in GDF using all available data sources and insights

• Proactively support the GDF Regions in the setup and execution of Sales Campaigns, including all associated admin, using the platform

• Supports the Insights & Intelligence Manager in the ongoing maintenance and development of the CRM system used within GDF.

• Ensure colleagues receive appropriate training and support on 360 Connect and 360 Activate related systems and tools to encourage efficient and effective usage across the wider GDF community

• Full responsibility of the management of users including and manage with GDF Regions iPad inventory and other GDF assets

• Makes recommendations for the evolution of the standard report outputs of the 360 Reporting platform, to ensure they meet the needs of the wider GDF community going forward

• Provides support to projects within I&I, GDF, and the Group

• Provide regular progress reports of main CRM KPIs with an insightful view for corrective actions and decision-taking

• Evaluate market/brand performance where GDF activities have been undertaken

• Identify emerging and future trends to provide recommendations on future business opportunities for GDF activities using all available data sources and insights

• Track and monitor the performance of competitor activities, escalate as appropriate

• Search for suitable data sources that can provide insightful information

Calificaciones y experiencia

• University degree or completed commercial education with several years of experience

• 3-5 years’ experience in a Business Intelligence related field

• Strong analytical, numerical, and strategic skills with proven ability to turn data into insight

• Ability to evaluate detailed information yet provide simple summaries and insightful commentary

• Very good communication and engagement skills

• Advanced user of Excel

• Experience of CRM systems, preferably, or provision of analytical support to large sales force operations

• University degree or completed commercial education with several years of experience

• Experience of using/maintaining bespoke reporting solutions

• Knowledge of BI tool, preferably PowerBI

• Fluent in English
