The Role
For our team in Hamburg, we are looking for a Head of HR Business Partner (m/w/d).
In this role you will be an influential and pivotal member of the P&C DACH Cluster Leadership Teams, responsible for leading a team of 4 HR BP’s whilst delivering the Group, Functional and People & Culture strategy, the related strategic initiatives and ensure the operational delivery and implementation of Operational Models.
Additionally, you will provide leadership and expertise to drive the agenda in the areas of behaviours, Connections, DE&I, succession planning, talent management, change management, L&D and performance management across GSC.
