Please note: this is a 12 month fixed term contract role and can be based in Bristol or London with 50 / 50 hybrid working.
The role
The scope of the role is centred around building the foundations to enable the delivery of purposeful analytics for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) and supporting the broader People & Culture (P&C) function with the provision of insights on a global scale.
This role will be part of the People Analytics Team and also report to the Global Head of DEI.
The main functions of the role are divided into three areas:
The ideal candidate is someone passionate about DEI, data visualization and data storytelling and is curious about what it is telling us.
You also need to have previous experience in delivering analytics solutions and tools to help the business identifying key risks and opportunities.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the People Analytics function at Imperial Brands, and will have the opportunity to support cross-functional projects across the business . Previous data modelling experience and a good understanding of data analysis techniques is a must
