As we move forward, our customers will be at the heart of what we do, evolving to needs and expectations and committing to a more meaningful contribution to harm reduction by building a successful NGP business. Integral to our long-term success is our sustainability strategy, behaving responsibly and supporting our ambitions, all underpinned by high governance.
Encouraging inclusion at local levels and supporting a developing and robust diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) agenda globally, we are fully committed to creating and maintaining an environment that celebrates and respects difference.
At Imperial Brands, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) is not just something we talk about. By making it a key part of our culture and embedding it into the fabric of our business, we are increasing awareness of the importance of DEI across every part of our organisation.
About the role
The exciting transformation that our business is currently undertaking has provided a huge opportunity in how we approach diversity, equity and inclusion in our workspaces. From listening to our employees to embedding our new behaviours and driving improvements through moments that matter to employees, we have a clear DEI focus throughout the whole organisation globally. Diversity, Equity and inclusion has never been so front of mind. We are committed to making Imperial Brands one of the fairest and most welcoming organisations where people can be their best, feel included and be their authentic self.
Therefore, as Global DEI Reporting Manager your role is to spearhead on the internal and external reporting requirements across Imperial’s DEI strategy. As a subject matter expert, you will work cross functionally across all areas along Imperial’s value chain (i.e., from People and Culture across the employee life cycle, within ESG, Supply chain, Community Outreach, Facilities) collating information to support Imperial’s narrative and performance against the DEI strategy, commitments and priority DEI responsibilities. It will be important to operate closely and seamlessly with the ESG Global reporting manager to collect and co-ordinate DEI input for both teams and ensure messaging within the overall People and Planet strategy is consistent. It will also be important to build relationships and work closely with external best practice agencies and partners in the DEI space to report on our progress against key commitments externally as well as internally.
