Here at Imperial Brands we have an exciting opportunity for a Field Sales & Key Accounts Sales Manager to join our team looking after the development of our sales teams across our European Division. You will be reporting into our Head of Sales Strategy for Europe and have overall responsibility for the design and development of sales plans for our field sales and key accounts teams across our key European markets. You will be working closely with senior leaders in our markets and supporting them with developing the capabilities of our sales teams.

Key accountabilities

  • Be the subject matter expert on key account & field force strategy for our Europe Division
  • Engage with senior leadership teams in markets to help grow revenue, market share and ROI
  • Work closely with market leadership teams to implement and scale our European sales strategy
  • Partner with Market Managers and their Leadership teams to lead and upscale key account and field force capabilities and efficiencies and implement them across the Europe Division
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of our business and develop a deep understanding of key sales value drivers to identify growth opportunities.
  • Design and develop all relevant reporting and presentations for Key Accounts and Field Sales teams across Europe to be presented back to senior leadership team

Skills & experience

  • Strong background working across senior sales management roles, ideally within a global FMCG organisation
  • Experience developing and implementing sales strategies for field sales teams across multiple regions/geographies
  • Demonstrated experience in driving improvements in sales teams across multiple regions/geographies
  • Strong background developing relationships with key accounts and successfully negotiating large scale agreement
  • Strong background developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders and the ability to quickly build credibility
