ERP Platform Lead

Here are Imperial Brands we are seeking an experienced ERP Platform Lead to join our Global Solution Delivery function within Global IT. In this role you will lead and motivate a geographically diverse, high-performing team of managers, individual architects and external providers, delivering platform programmes and projects within the IS Portfolio. As part of our wider globalisation journey, partner with the IT Leadership Team (ITLT) you will lead the consolidation of our ERP estate and lead global implementations.

Key accountabilities

• Provide oversight of the delivery for platform programmes and projects within IS portfolio.
• Take direct accountability as Programme Manager for the delivery of one or more significant projects to time, budget and quality objectives.
• Lead and motivate a geographically diverse, high-performing team of managers, individual architects, and external vendors including performance management and mentoring for direct reports.
• Partner with Business Partners and wider Solutions Delivery team to ensure delivery resources are sized, procured and deployed to meet demand.
• Guide technical teams in solution design and mediate technical solutions between teams.

Skills & experience

• Demonstrated leadership experience in ERP platforms delivery, and support on a global scale including previous consolidation of the ERP estate
• Proven track record of leadership in SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ECC implementation projects.
• Expert knowledge of building ERP solutions.
• Motivated leader to inspire, mentor and coach teams, with the ability to build and develop capability.
• Education in Technology or Engineering related filed, and a graduate degree in Engineering or Management would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and prioritisation skills, with a consistent record of delivering results on time.
