As a Controlling Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our strategic financial planning and decision-making processes. Your expertise will help optimize financial performance and enhance operational efficiency across the organization. Working closely with multiple departments, you will ensure accurate reporting, develop advanced controlling tools, and drive financial insights that contribute to business success.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Preparing reports and financial analyses for the department and the company
  • Participating in and supporting the forecasting and budgeting process
  • Supporting tasks such as product cost calculations, preparing data for business, finance, or external needs
  • Developing tools and verifying controlling data
  • Collaborating with all company departments as part of the tasks performed
  • Supporting ongoing and ad-hoc work in various areas of Controlling and Finance

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience in accounting or controlling, preferably in a manufacturing company
  • Knowledge of finance – accounting processes, management accounting
  • Tools – advanced knowledge of Excel and good knowledge of PowerPoint and Word
  • English language – communicative level
  • Analytical skills – ability to work with data, analytical thinking
  • Interpersonal skills – communicative, independent, ability to cooperate
