In the role of Channel Development & Brand Activation Specialist, you'll spearhead initiatives to expand the reach and visibility of our NGP portfolio. Your work will focus on enhancing brand awareness, increasing product availability, and creating sales opportunities through innovative business development strategies, event planning, and ambassador management.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Business Development: Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in new markets; Develop and implement strategic long-term plans to expand product reach.
  • Brand Activation: Plan and execute brand activations at events of various scales; Ensure high engagement and exposure to target audiences in high-traffic locations.
  • Ambassador & Client Management: Oversee a team of 3 commercial ambassadors; Develop a decentralized HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) point-of-sale network; Build strong relationships with clients and manage accounts for key opportunities.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and trends to measure ROI; Utilize CRM and productivity tools like Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

 

Skills and Experience Required

 

  • Proven experience in field marketing, brand activation, or business development, ideally in FMCG, retail, or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong skills in channel strategy development and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in sales, negotiation, event planning, and account management.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication skills and creativity.
  • Driver’s license and flexibility to travel across regions (Porto, Lisbon, Algarve).
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
