Centre of Expertise and Marketing Capability Manager is a role in Global Consumer Marketing function that will support the Head of Consumer Experience and Marketing Capability with the set up and evolvement of best practice guidelines and standards of consumer marketing and brand management.
This will involve creating personas for global consumer typologies, developing consumer journeys, creating best practice playbooks and implementation guidelines to be utilised by Clusters / Markets (when working on brand initiative activation) and coordinating trainings and workshops on marketing best practice.
The role will work with Clusters / markets to set omnichannel strategy and drive omnichannel performance, bringing omni-channel best practice for dark and light markets. The role will also work with Marketing Effectiveness Manager to embed effectiveness and optimisation opportunities.
Another key aspect of the role will be building a global marketing engagement community to enable collaboration across brand and marketing teams at the central, regional and cluster / market level. You will report to the Head of Consumer Experience and Marketing Capability and will closely collaborate with other CCO functions such as Regional and Cluster Marketing and Multi-Regional Brand Management.
