Business Change Lead
Bristol or London (Location Flexible)
Competitive Day Rate (Inside IR35)
The purpose of this role is to plan, design and lead the deployment of the business change programme into the markets – in essence defining the strategic plan for how change shows up in the business. Success in the role means the change is well planned and lands well in the business and the markets are prepared to absorb and lead the changes. The role reports to the overall Programme Director and will have a small change team report to them.
