The role

Here at Imperial Brands, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Brand & Activation Manger to join our European Sales and Marketing team. In this role, you will focus on developing the Brand and Consumer Activation Strategy across Europe for our NGP portfolio which includes Vape, Heated Tobacco and Oral Nicotine with primary focus on Heated Tobacco and Oral Nicotine. This is a key partnership role where you will be working closely with senior leaders in markets, division and categories to provide guidance and support around developing the Brand and Consumer Activation strategy.

Key accountabilities

  • Define and lead Brand and Activation strategy and effectiveness across current EU Oral Nicotine and Heated Tobacco
  • Develop guidelines and best practice for further roll out across the Europe Division related to Oral Nicotine and Heated Tobacco
  • Work closely with Smokeless Business Unit to align on strategy and delivery
  • Act and a key partner and advisor marketing managers across Europe to upscale Brand Planning and Activation strategy
  • Prepare materials related to Heated Tobacco & Oral Nicotine plans for the business
  • Influence stakeholders across the business to drive forward the Brand and Activation strategy

Skills & experience

  • Demonstrable experience across Brand and Activation management roles in a global FMCG organisation
  • Senior Leadership experience in marketing role across multiple regions/countries
  • Experience in launching new and innovative products in multiple markets
  • Experience of operating and collaborating in a fastpaced, cross-functional environment, and interacting with Senior Stakeholders
  • Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills in a complex matrix organisation
