THE ROLE

As a Data Warehouse developer, you will be responsible of maintaining and developing the overall set of business intelligence systems securing the availability of accurate, consistent and up to date data from the different (available and new) data sources, mainly CRM and sales data. Securing proper processing of new data sources available.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Maintaining and further develop the SQL Server database and Integration Services (SSIS) • Monitor the availability, performance and data integrity) • First line of support for all users • Identify new data sources • Initiate and manage BI System related projects • To analyse and interpret business requirements across CRM Applications and Sales data. • Assist in the development and implementation of a CRM Strategy, ensuring ease of analysis. • Analyse user change requests and produce detailed requirements documentation. • Maintain a dialogue with key business users to ensure satisfaction with service levels, data quality and to set expectations for change delivery. • Maintaining and further develop the SQL Server database and SSIS both technically and functionally. • Monitor the availability, performance and data integrity of the published data sources and reporting/analysis tools and systems. • First line of support for all users any of the BI systems in place. • Identify new data sources both ad-hoc and periodical, and processing according to standards, closely monitoring the data consistency and integrity. • Initiate and manage BI System related projects in conjunction with Group IS and external parties. • To analyse and interpret business requirements across CRM and Sales Applications. • Assist in the development and implementation of a CRM and Sales Strategy in conjunction with Sales and Marketing. • Analyse user change requests and produce detailed requirements documentation. • Maintain a dialogue with key business users to ensure satisfaction with service levels, data quality and to set expectations for change delivery.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• English: Mid to high level. • Data base admin. • ETL • SQL (Oracle can be considered) • BI Tool • SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) • SQL Server Database • MicroStrategy • Power BI • Salesforce.com • Good communication skills • Stakeholder relationships
