The role

As a Brand Manager you will work together with the Marketing team in the definition of the brand strategy, communication and promotion policies proposing marketing action plans and following and implementing them in line with the Company Marketing strategy for the brand.

Key accountabilities

  • Recommend strategy for brand(s) in charge
  • Develop and implement brand plans to achieve the objectives
  • Analyse the market and portfolio evolution detecting new opportunities and evaluate performance of marketing activities
  • Manage NPD with Central Marketing and factories
  • Recommend and manage the brand marketing A&P budget
  • Work in tandem with key internal stakeholders in order to achieve brand objectives
  • Brief sales team on brand activities and marketing objectives
  • Ensure legal sign off of all consumer activity
  • Manage an Assistant Brand Manager if assigned to this position

Skills & experience

  • Proven relevant experience as Product Manager
  • Marketing post degree courses or MBA desirable
  • Fluent English
  • Marketing fundamentals
  • Research tools
  • Legal framework
  • Manage Microsoft Office (Very high in PPT and Excel)
