The Role

As an E2E Manufacturing Planning Coordinator, you are the key link between the factory and the E2E Planning Hub. You ensure that production capacity, workforce planning, and inventory management are perfectly aligned, enabling data-driven decisions that maximize efficiency.

In this role, you are not only central to daily operations but also a driving force behind continuous improvement. You collaborate closely with various teams — from technical departments to supply chain specialists — bringing valuable factory insights to the planning table. Thanks to your analytical skills and problem-solving mindset, you're able to detect bottlenecks early and optimize processes. Principle Accountabilities

  • Act as the central point of contact within the factory for all production and planning-related matters.
  • Lead daily and weekly stand-ups focused on line status, staffing, and capacity management.
  • Optimize production planning by monitoring KPIs and proposing improvements.
  • Manage and align maintenance schedules and production line availability with the technical team.
  • Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Support financial alignment and reporting of production performance.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in production planning or supply chain management.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with ERP/MES systems.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Experience with continuous improvement initiatives and optimizing planning parameters.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail.
