The Role

We are looking for a Brand Manager to join our team at our office in Mechelen (BE) or Oosterhout (NL).

As our Brand Manager, your overall objective will be to deliver the brand share, volume, revenue and profit targets for your brand(s). Categories within your focus are Combustibles (Cigarettes, Roll Your Own Tobacco, Make Your Own Tobacco, Cigarette Paper) and NGP (Vape). In your role, you will drive brand communication and ensure strong communication. You will also coordinate and manage brand projects and ensure alignment within the business via cross-functional teams to deliver all initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

  • Give input into the strategic brand strategies and are responsible for translating and delivering the operational plans for the brand(s) in close cooperation with the Head of SMO
  • Being in close contact with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring a timely delivery of campaigns via close cooperation with both global and local agencies
  • Regular market visits to experience the difference & developments within the Benelux markets

Skills and Experience

  • A bachelors or Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience (within FMCG is a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Able to detect opportunities and translate them into relevant product market propositions
  • Strong ownership, ability to speak out and experienced in project management
  • Consumer centric focus and passionate about marketing
  • Result driven, energetic, with a positive mind set, ambitious and you like being accountable
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
