The role of Senior Project Manager is a new role within the Next Generation Products (NGP) organization of Imperial Brands. Reporting to the NGP Category Directors, this role will have global remit and will support the deployment of our new launches and innovation projects across our markets.
In the role of Senior Project Manager, you are working in close collaboration with the Category Director. You are responsible for the governance, design, planning, risk management and follow up of the execution of these projects, applying the appropriate project management processes, methods, tools, and techniques. You will deliver the result to the defined scope and quality, on time, on budget, and in line with the business objectives so that it achieves the expected business outcomes. Your focus will be on enabling and ensuring project management practice is applied consistently and thoroughly throughout the entire process, to ensure the successful delivery of strategically important pilots, scale up and new product launches.
In this role you will be working closely with the NGP Category Project Leads, NGP supporting management functions, Region & Clusters, managing multiple complex projects concurrently. You will have the opportunity to engage at multiple level of the organisation including various market teams and Executive Leaders.
