The role
This is a developmental role, within the Business Transformation team, with on-the-job training and coaching to foster strong project management capabilities, to support the delivery of Imperial’s strategy.
The role will provide key support in helping Imperial meet its transformation goals, ensuring that plans are aligned, the status fully is understood and that risks are being managed.
You will build strong relationships with key people throughout the business including: Chief Strategy & Development Officer, Global Transformation Director, Operating Model Workstream Leads, Location and group Deployment Leads / Deployment PMOs, Projects Leads and PMOs, Change Leads, Agents, and Change Networks, Group Communications and also third party consultants.
This role is based in Bristol with 50 / 50 hybrid working. Therefore you will be required to be in Bristol 2 to 3 days per week.
Key accountabilities
Support the planning and management of integrated Design, Deployment and Change transformation activities:
Manage plan governance, tracking and reporting, as well as providing support with risk management:
