Principle Accountabilities

  • Lead the delivery of our livelihood’s strategy, aligned with international benchmarks.
  • Assess, support, and enhance both current and new crop diversity, farmer sustainability and productivity programmes.
  • Establish key internal and external partnerships with stakeholders and subject matter experts (e.g., The Living Income Community of Practice).
  • Evolve KPIs, capture and analyse the relevant data and enhance the governance system including assurance for external reporting on our progress.
  • Effectively implement a communications and education strategy within our business and supplier base on our livelihood’s strategy and progress.

Key Skills & Experience

Essential

  • University Master’s degree- Economics, Agri Business, International / Sustainable Development
  • Experience of developing and implementing farmer livelihoods programs or poverty reduction programs
  • Experience working in a high-performing, fast paced and challenging environment
  • Understanding of UNGPs, SDGs and relevant legal frameworks

Desirable

  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders
  • Agri background
  • Data analysis
  • Ability to support a clear business framework
  • High Ethical Standards and commitment
