Principle Accountabilities

• Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate business needs into high-impact projects.
• Champion Project Success: Develop a business cases and guide them through governance for approval.
• Strategize & Plan: Define project scope, structure, timelines, and responsibilities to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead with Excellence: Establish and manage project governance and reporting in line with Imperial Brands’ standards.
• Drive Results: Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Monitor & Optimize: Track execution and maintain effective plans to meet agreed objectives.

Skills and Experience Required

• Proven experience in end-to-end project management, especially in complex, cross-functional, and cross-geography
• Background in process and systems transformation, ideally within supply chain.
• Strong capabilities in change management, risk mitigation, and cost control.
• Expertise in project planning, scheduling, and control procedures.
• Ability to influence global teams without formal authority and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• A self-driven, proactive mindset with a focus on delivering results.
• Fluency in English is essential.
