Junior Export Operations Coordinator

The Role

Please note that this is a fix-term role for 9 months -

In this dynamic, customer-focused role, you’ll be the main contact for selected markets acting as a key link between various departments. You’ll ensure smooth order flow from entry to delivery, by managing shipments, export documentation, and resolve exceptions proactively. Your work will directly impact on customer satisfaction and operational success.

Principle Accountabilities

• Market Coordination – Act as the contact for defined markets, ensuring smooth order execution and continuous supply.
• Order Management – Handle order processes, including entry, confirmation, and customer communication.
• Shipment Coordination – Arrange deliveries with relevant stakeholders, monitor credit limits, and follow SAP procedures.
• Export Documentation – Prepare and share export documents in line with regulations, supporting timely customs clearance.
• Exception Handling – Address issues such as returns, stock discrepancies, and damages.

Skills and Experience Required

• First experience in the field of logistics / customer service / transportation
• Strong customer-oriented mindset, paired with proactivity, independence, and a positive, solution-driven attitude.
• Clear and effective communication skills, fostering collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in customs and financial flows under an invoice, etc.
• Understanding of key business processes and supply chain principles
• Fluent in English language
