The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated marketing professional with previous FMCG experience to gain full ownership of brand projects and see your ideas come to life in the Czech market. As a Brand Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering initiatives across a defined brand category within our Next Generation Products (NGP) portfolio. We are dynamic and fast-evolving segment that offers space for creativity and innovation.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Trade, Digital, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to turn strategy into execution and ensure every activation drives measurable impact. Collaborating with top creative and media agencies, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping how our brands connect with consumers both in-store and beyond.

As a Brand Manager, you’ll experience the pace and diversity of true FMCG marketing, from portfolio strategy to product launches, while enjoying the support of an international environment that values inclusivity, curiosity, and growth.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Own and develop a specific brand category within the NGP Heated portfolio, acting as a true business owner from strategy to market execution within regulatory boundaries.

  • Plan, lead, and evaluate brand initiatives and activation projects end to end — from concept and business case through budgeting, implementation, and post-launch analysis.

  • Develop portfolio strategies and annual brand calendars, setting clear priorities, managing assigned budgets, and ensuring timely delivery of all initiatives.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Trade, Finance, Supply Chain, and Digital teams to align on plans, secure engagement, and deliver commercial targets.

  • Work with external agencies to adapt global toolkits and create impactful local campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all consumer touchpoints.

  • Analyze performance data and market insights to track KPIs, assess ROI, and provide actionable recommendations for future brand growth.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven experience in FMCG brand marketing with solid understanding of brand and portfolio management.

  • Analytical and strategic mindset, able to translate insights into actionable marketing plans.

  • Project coordination/management skills – capable of planning, executing, and evaluating brand initiatives end to end.

  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.

  • Proactive and adaptable, comfortable navigating a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG environment.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) and native Czech or Slovak speaker; confident user of PowerPoint and Excel for budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
