The Role

At Imperial Brands we have a unique opportunity for a Planview Executive to join our inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees in this brand new role.

 

As a Planview Executive, you will be at the heart of our enterprise's transformation capability. Your primary responsibility will be the daily management and upkeep of the Planview Portfolio Management system. You will ensure its effective use by project teams and portfolio owners across the organization, supporting our strategic goals and operational needs.

Principle Accountabilities

  • System Management: Oversee the daily operations of the Planview Portfolio Management system.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain and ensure the accuracy of data within the system.
  • System Improvements: Identify and implement enhancements to optimize system performance.
  • Technical Assistance: Provide expert support and training to users, facilitating smooth system usage.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Planview Portfolio Management or similar systems.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent ability to support and train users across the enterprise.
