The Role
As a Junior Forecasting Analyst & S&OP, you will support forecasting and planning activities across the business, working with data and collaborating closely with commercial and supply chain teams. You will join an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees, offering a great environment to learn and develop within forecasting and S&OP.
In the Junior Forecasting Analyst & S&OP role, you will help collect and analyse forecast inputs from sales, marketing and finance, including promotional effects, and support alignment of forecasts between different stakeholders. You will also contribute to reporting on forecast accuracy and key supply KPIs, as well as to the local S&OP process in cooperation with global supply chain teams.
This Junior Forecasting Analyst & S&OP position is ideal for someone at an early stage of their career who enjoys working with data, learning how forecasting supports business decisions, and developing within a fast-paced FMCG environment.
