The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Human Resources Professional to join us here at Imperial Brands. Reporting to the HR Services Lead of Global Supply Chain Europe, you will be a member of our Tarnowo Factory Management Team.

Our Tarnowo Factory is a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to producing high-quality products for our consumers with a commitment to innovation and sustainability. This is a great opportunity to join an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Provide strategic HR business partnership to support our leaders in achieving their objectives at the Tarnowo Factory
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies and policies
  • Coach and advise hiring managers on all people-related matters
  • Foster and maintain productive relationships with Trade Unions
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws within the business unit

Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven experience in Human Resources gained within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to engage, coach, and guide business leaders and senior stakeholders
  • In-depth knowledge of Polish labour law and HR processes
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills, with demonstrable experience influencing senior stakeholder groups
  • Fluency in Polish and a high proficiency in English
