The role
We are seeking an experienced Data Standards Manager to join a new enterprise-wide data organisation within Imperial Brands. This role represents a fantastic opportunity for an experienced data professional to accelerate our journey towards becoming a data-driven business through implementation and management of defined data standards.
In this role you will be leading the initiative to roll out data standards, by defining processes for data standards management, managing the testing and implementation of data standards, and maintaining a central repository of these standards. You will also help contribute to the development of an enterprise-wide data strategy and vision.
You will need to be an experienced data professional with experience designing and implementing data standards and data quality initiatives, an excellent understanding of data management and governance best practices, and a proficient communicator able to deliver change in a complex, global organisation.
Reporting to the Head of Data Architecture within Global IT, you will have the opportunity to help shape the building of an enterprise-wide, scalable data organisation within Imperial Brands.
